Our Approach
01 Design Discovery
We take the time to fully understand your unique lifestyle, how you exist in your space and your style.
Conceptual drawings are developed where project scope, vision, circumstances, and site conditions are all considered. During this stage we will provide basic 3D renderings to help guide design decisions, and overall look, feel, and flow of the space.
02 Design Development
Building on the Discovery phase, the designer, architect, builder, and client dial in floor plans, home features, and begin choosing material finishes and furniture layouts. Design selections are tracked in a master list for the build team to estimate project cost. Chosen finishes and materials are shown in renderings which are then approved by the owner/client in preparation for the construction documents phase.
03 Construction Documents
All information gathered during the Design Development phase is translated into detailed, buildable plans. That includes floor plans, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) plans, dimensioned elevations, and all supplementary details and sketches to guarantee the design intent is met.
04 Construction
Construction begins and is monitored by the design team to ensure the client’s vision if met. If changes arise, the design team modifies the construction documents and communicates the changes to the build team
05 Punch List & Furnishings
We aid the client in walk-throughs with the build team ensuring the quality is as intended and that the punch list is tracked and completed. Once the punch list in complete, we facilitate furnishing and decorating the space with the pre-approved selections.
